SPONSOR The Cardaverse.ai '49,999 Game' Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Crystal Skies LLC, located at 857 Central Ave, New Providence, NJ ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
CARD RECIPIENT ELIGIBILITY The designated recipient of a purchased entry must either:

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, OR

Have a legal guardian who will claim the grand prize on their behalf if they are selected as the winner. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the purchaser acknowledges that they have obtained consent from the recipient and that, if the recipient is under 18 years old, they have a legal guardian who will claim the prize if necessary.
If the recipient of the card does not choose to accept the prize, the prize will be offered to the purchaser of the card. If neither the recipient nor the purchaser accepts the prize, a redrawing will be conducted to select a new winner.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins on February 14, 2025, and ends when the total number of entries reaches 49,999 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received after the entry cap is reached will be automatically entered into the next scheduled drawing, provided a new drawing is scheduled and publicly announced. Both purchase and free mail-in entries will be treated equally in this process to maintain fairness and compliance.
HOW TO ENTER There are two ways to enter:
(a) Purchase Entry Method:
Participants who purchase a digital greeting card from Cardaverse.ai will receive 100 entries per card purchase.
Purchases must be completed through the official website during the Sweepstakes Period.
(b) Free Mail-In Entry Method:
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3”x5” postcard and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received before the entry cap is reached to be eligible for the current drawing. Each mail-in entry must be sent in a separate envelope with a valid postage stamp. If no future drawing is scheduled, excess entries will be held for an equivalent alternative sweepstakes or refunded upon request. Entries received after the cap is reached will be automatically entered into the next scheduled drawing, provided a future drawing is publicly announced and conducted in a fair manner.
Limit: One mail-in entry per envelope.
ENTRY LIMITS The total number of entries is capped at 49,999.
Entries exceeding this limit will be automatically rolled over into the next scheduled drawing, if applicable.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION A random drawing will be conducted within three days after the Sweepstakes reaches 49,999 entries.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or an independent third party.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three business days of selection and must respond within seven business days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, another winner may be drawn.
Winner Notification Details: The selected winner will be notified via text message from a phone number with a 908 area code, informing them that they have won the $499.99 prize. The notification will specify that the prize was awarded due to the purchase made on their behalf by [Purchaser's Name]. Additionally, the purchaser will receive a confirmation message indicating that their designated recipient has won. It is the responsibility of both the recipient and the purchaser to verify the authenticity of the winning notification.
PRIZE DETAILS Grand Prize: $499.99
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted unless required by law.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
ODDS OF WINNING The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received but will not exceed 1 in 49,999.
PUBLICITY RELEASE By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, postal delays, lost entries, or unauthorized tampering that may affect participation. By entering, participants release the Sponsor from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.
PRIVACY POLICY Information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes, including winner selection and prize fulfillment. Participant data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting crystal.skies.llc2025@gmail.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION All disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of New Jersey, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. Participants waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits but retain the right to seek resolution in small claims court where applicable. Participants waive their right to sue in court or participate in class-action lawsuits.
COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAWS The Sweepstakes will comply with all federal and state laws, including any necessary registration and bonding requirements in NY and FL.
GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if it is compromised in any way.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
