1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital greeting cards and downloadable products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:

The digital product was not delivered due to a system error on our part, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

The file received was corrupt or inaccessible, and we were unable to provide a functional replacement.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests outside this period may not be honored.
